Here are some moments from traditional Lithuanian dance lesson held in Vilnius! Association’s Active youth team together with Caritas Migrant integration center and Tautinių šokių ansamblis RASA on sunny and beautiful Wednesday evening gathered with locals and migrants to learn more about Lithuanian traditional dances. In succession of the traditional dance evening held in Kaunas, we seek to teach more migrants about Lithuanian customs and promote integration through various activities. As the hot air balloons were slowly rising above our heads, the emotions of each participant were rising and joy was heard from everyone long after the official part has ended. We expect that during the whole summer together with various sport clubs we will organise all sorts of sports events, which will help refugees in Lithuania to expand their social networks.
